Gavin still can't say the "R" sound, so as you read this, replace his r's with the ouw sound. :)
"Mom, when Connor gets, um, this big (he holds his hands up to measure), can I teach him how to roll over, like this? 'Cause I'm a good roller-over."
As I nod yes, he continues, "And, of course, I can teach him how to walk like this (as he walks backwards), 'cause I'm the best backer-upper in the world."
Then, this afternoon when he got out of the tub, I handed him his clothes and he said, "Yeah, 'cause I'm better at drying, um, 'cause I'm an exp, um, excellent expert at clothes."
After he's dressed, he comes up to me at the computer and says, "I think I'll stand by Connor so the bad guys can't get him. Actually, there are no bad guys. I'm going to go play Mario Galaxy. Come on, Mom!"

Having had a few kids who couldn't say their R's, I could hear him speak perfectly in my head. How adorable is he??? What a great big brother. You must be doing something right over there. :-)
