*sigh* Oh where to start. We just got home from a most incredible night. The Forgotten Carols with Michael McLean. It was . . . wow. Words can't even describe the emotions that I went through tonight. Thoughts of my granddad as the audience got to sing "We can be together forever someday." And then "Silent Night." It was a special, magical night, and I'm still in tears over it. The Spirit was SO strong, and I'm so incredibly grateful for all that I have. I've got the best hubby, who surprised me with the chance to go tonight. Thank you Brandon for sharing it with me tonight and making it possible for us to go. I love you.

We went last year, did they have you hold hands with your neighbor?....that was a bit odd for me ha ha. That was sweet of him to surprise you. It does bring a special spirit.
Oops I didn't know I was logged on the PTA account. my bad :)
I just love The Forgotten Carols. All the music still reminds me of when I met Mike for the first time. We were both in the choir when Michael McClean did it at USU. At our first rehearsal Brother Huff (the director) asked us all if we wanted to hear Voice Male sing "Homeless". I hadn't ever heard Voice Male sing, but I had heard of the group. Mike was the soloist of that song. As soon as I heard him start singing, I whispered to the girl next to me, "Who is that!? I am totally going to marry him!" The funny thing is that I couldn't even see who was singing, I just loved his voice. Once I saw him for the tall cup of water he was, my mind was made up that I would someday have him for my own. Ha ha...here we are 15 years later and he is STILL singing Homeless with Voice Male. I still love that song!
Sounds SO wonderful!! So glad you were able to have such a wonderful night out with your hubby. Those are some of the best times ever!!!
