Okay, here's the deal:
1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you.
It's actually pretty cool (and funny) to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

RENEE GOODRICH!! Well not Goodrich anymore! I am so glad I found your blog! how have you been? We are OK in Oklahoma. I remember girls chior with Mr. Hansen. I always knew if In sat by you I wouldn't sound so bad. Keep in touch.
Oh ya I am Ashlie Goodrich! Not Goodrich any more.
Oh I remember the boys, boys, boys, boys we might have been a little boy crazy, I was tring to remember doing something outside of school and I can't, how sad is that. I mostly remember passing notes in class and talking away at school. To bad we let those boys get in the way of a good friendship. I honestly think I got so distracted by them I forgot about girl firends.
The day of your reception when I picked you up and twirled you around in your wedding dress. Who says only the husband can do that? I'm Val and I can do whatever I want!
I remember in 5th grade sitting and talking with you under the trees next to the bus garage at recess. Then wrapping a box together in Mrs. Lebeau's class for an assembly and then at Christmas you gave me a blue "best friends" necklace. You are such a wonderful person. I am glad that you have a blog and I can still keep up with you.
Singing together in Relief Society for the birthday social. I really enjoyed that. We should do it again.
I have sooooooo many good memories of you!! Remember that class we had out in one of the annexes (was that Jr. High?)--I think it was a technology class? That was where I first got to know you...and I think I would have bored out of my BRAINS without you there. 13 Daughters. (Oh, good grief.) All those HiLites auditions. And performances. And trips. Sitting in the practice room talking (sometimes crying) about boys. Bajillions of times sitting down by the piano and you would play and we'd both sing--those were some of my favorite times with you!! Remember how we were ALWAYS singing that jazz version of "O Holy Night" and trying to get A Cappella to have a little soul? :) All-State. Both of us having Hansen wrapped around our little finger. Being the 4 Musketeers (you, me, April, and Jan--5 when we added Val!). Talking with you the night of graduation and finding out you were leaving right away--I was soooooo sad!! (I left 3 weeks later.) Dancing around with you at your reception and helping you fix your veil in the bathroom. (My fave from that night was your little baseball cap and your tennies with your wedding dress--sooooo cute!!) And April and I telling you that you HAD to follow some of the wedding traditions, like the First Dance, even though you didn't want to! (You were glad you did!) Spending the night at your apartment in SLC with April and some of the girls and feeling Scott kicking in your belly and looking at your ultrasound seeing him give you the thumbs up--you were the first, after all! Lots and lots of awesome memories with you. I miss you, Renee!! Love you!
Oh, man, I had forgotten about that day in HiLites--we were SO mad!!! Remember, it was because we had to learn the song and the choreography for that song from all the different countries (All I remember is "shlimp flied lice!") and Hansen asked us to teach everyone and we had one day to learn it and he was out of town or something, and everyone was supposed to come and no one showed. Wow, I had totally forgotten about that. At least we were the ones who didn't look totally stupid the first couple times we performed it because we actually knew the choreography and the words!! Thinking back on it, kinda hilarious, but geez, we were mad!!
So remember in "Lil' Abner" how we were the "doctors" and we had our hair in buns to begin with and how we were supposed to "let our hair down"...then we were practically groping those partially naked boys! I can't stop laughing! I was so naive and totally freaked out that I had to put my hand on his bare chest! And we were supposed to be all seductive, but in reality, we were probably not even close!! LOL!
And of course all the great hi-lite memories, and wishing I could play the piano like you!!
I remember you mowed the Tridell "park" for a while, right? Doesn't matter.
I remember Riley would always call you Reeneee (emphasis on the "eeee" on the end) and all those dances from Hi-Lites (including singing for the Tridell Ward Christmas party).
=)
I remember all of the great times that we had in Hi-Lites. I really enjoyed hanging out with you. I still have all of the letters that you wrote to me too. Fun times!
Renee I had to think about what I wanted to say and then wait for my computer to allow me to leave comments...weird...anyway do you remember the time when Nathan and I were in charge of watching you and Todd while your parents were gone on a convention and you recked your car. Do you remember what I told you about Mom's?....Oh the memories you come up with when you take the time to ponder about them. Thanks for the opportunity to remember. Also I have to tell you that we have the same blog background, well on my secret blog anyway! It just goes to show that we have good taste!
I'm slow, sorry. Life is fast and I just can't seem to keep up.
Ok, what do I remember? I remember endless days of piano lessons. Competitions and theory classes and always thinking "how can Renee stand to practice that much?" but secretly wishing I could sit at the piano as long as you. :)
I also remember a few girls camps. Good times!
And I remember the water baseball game. It was for Erin's 16th birthday, but we did it at my house because it was her surprise birthday party.
